The West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce is the largest and most influential
business organization in Washington County, Wisconsin. Founded in 1913 as a
non-profit association, we serve as the local and state advocate for area
businesses. Simply stated, our mission is to help our business community grow
and prosper.
With a highly-educated workforce and exceptional quality of life, the West Bend
area is an ideal place to relocate your business. The variety of businesses and
industries provides a sound and balanced job base for area residents. The City

Matenaer Corporation and Regal Ware are all headquartered in the area and
combine to employ over 3,000 people. Other companies with local headquarters
include Universal Strap and Metalcraft.
The Applied Manufacturing Technology Center at the West Bend campus of Moraine
Park Technical College, the Workforce Development Center and the University of
Wisconsin-Washington County help provide the well-trained workforce that keeps
the local manufacturing sector strong.
